What to expect from treatment

BOTOX® can deliver Overactive Bladder (OAB) symptom improvement for up to 6 months.

Plan on BOTOX® re-treatment about every 6 months

Make your 6-month re-treatment appointment before you leave the office to stay on schedule.
You may start to notice results at 2 weeks.

Talk to your doctor about setting up a 6-month BOTOX® re-treatment schedule.

If your OAB symptoms return before 6 months, contact your doctor so you may be re-treated sooner.

A minimum of 12 weeks is needed between treatments.

BOTOX® is covered by most insurance plans, including Medicare

  • Medicare:
    • For most patient’s insured with Medicare who have supplemental insurance, there is $0 out-of-pocket cost
  • Commercial Insurance
    • Most insurance plans cover the majority of BOTOX® costs
